The whir of the drill, the drip, drip, drip of the sap, and the smell of sweet steam
means the 2012 maple season is underway! This season is very unusual
because of the warmer winter we had - the sap started flowing in early February.
We are unsure of the maple season length (usually end of February until
beginning of April) because of the warmer temps, but we do know that we will
continue to make the all natural, sweet syrup as long as Mother Nature allows!
